Pricing

We charge a service fee as a percentage of the order value, plus a fixed inspection fee. The exact rate depends on order complexity and volume — you’ll get a clear, itemized quote after your inquiry, before you commit to anything. No hidden markups buried in the product price.

What’s the minimum order quantity?
Typically 200–500 units per SKU depending on product and supplier. Some items go lower for samples.
How long does production take?
Standard lead time is 25–40 days after sample approval. We always share a timeline before you commit.
Can I mix different products in one shipment?
Yes — consolidating multiple SKUs is one of our core services. It reduces freight cost and simplifies customs.
Do you support custom packaging?
Yes. Logo printing, custom colors, printed boxes and inserts — much from our own paper factory in Guangzhou.
Can you provide compliance certificates?
Yes — FSC, food-grade, CE and similar certificates can be arranged on request.
How do payments work?
Typically 30–50% deposit on order confirmation, balance before shipment. Bank transfer or other agreed method.
